Game Recap

Anderson Indians stayed in it until the end, but Marion pulled away late in a 9-5 victory on Wednesday. The game was tied at two with Marion batting in the top of the sixth when Wagner singled off of Drayven Hoyle, driving in two runs.
Anderson Indians took an early lead in the second inning. Korey Snead doubled on a 0-1 count in the second inning, scoring two runs.
Clariett earned the win for Marion. He tossed five and a third innings, surrendering five runs, and four hits. Drayven Hoyle took the loss for Anderson Indians . He went two innings, surrendering eight runs, five hits, and striking out one.
Jacob Morris started the game for Anderson Indians . He went four innings, allowing one run, two hits, and striking out four.
Morris, Chandler Bucci, Dylan Barron, and Snead each managed one hit to lead Anderson Indians .
